The Home Improvement Trade Networks founder, Paul Sorrentino, brings decades of experience in the home services business following formative, integral roles with large legacy brands, helping facilitate his client's exponential growth into multi-billion dollar businesses in the International retail home improvement industry. As an owner of 3 companies in the past 20 years, he provides strategic leadership to a team of hundreds of employees and contractors. Amongst his three companies, Paul, along with his dedicated management team, has achieved tremendous growth in the last three years, asserting themselves as the preeminent home improvement services industry experts. Having lead three successful exits within the home improvement industry, the most recent being Centah Inc., a leading workflow management software platform across North America, which was sold to Goldman Sachs/Financeit, a POS commercial lending platform. Paul has a unique entrepreneurial talent for identifying niche plays in a marketplace and then returning exceptional levels of recurring growth and value through his companies. Paul Sorrentino leads his executive team with over 25 years of experience in the retail/home improvement industry. He has fulfilled a wide range of roles in marketing, management, technology, operations, business development, and strategic planning.

Mike is an innovative and strategic business expansion expert and team leader, offering wide and in-depth experience in setting strategies for long term growth and profitability. Mike brings 20 plus years of demonstrated success managing business operations within the Building Materials/Home Improvement and Services industry as an executive level leader.

A seasoned leader of people, Selwyn uses his strong interpersonal skills and experience to drive success in areas such as process implementation, customer relationship management, and team development.

TIM NOLAN

Tim has over 35 years of big box retail experience, rising to Marketing Director at Circuit City where he managed all aspects of opening new markets, later supporting them as a vendor, supplier, or client. In his next role, Tim built some of the first cellular & warranty solutions for retail by constructing the initial cellular retail distribution for AT&T (BellSouth).

With more than 30 years of marketing experience, Jennifer has led the strategic vision and execution of marketing and communications strategies for top-tier global retail, fintech & technology brands. Offering extensive technical experience in digital/social marketing platforms, UX, CX, marketing automation, and innovation; Jennifer brings a proven track record of exceeding revenue, operational, engagement and NPS targets.
